The Northern SR project manager position will be responsible for ensuring the quality of implementation activities through regular supervision visits and monitoring to the provinces providing support to the SR teams and PR implementation teams in Tete and Zambezia. The end result is to ensure that all project activities reach a large impact on the community, follow the consistency and rules of the Global Fund and assuring that the indicators are achieved with a level of quality.
The key areas for this position are: planning, supervision, training, reporting and support SR provincial teams. This position will be responsible for providing capacity building to the new members of the northern SRs assuring that they receive the proper training orientation according with the required capacities for the position. S/he will also ensure the technical quality of the program and provide technical expertise in the areas of community base interventions.
Outside the consortium, the Northern SR project manager collaborate with Provincial Health Authorities (PHA) and other relevant partners at each level (provincial and district level) to provide technical council and support on programs and activities related to the grant. He or she will be the key liaison point of the WV global fund project in Quelimane representing the PR at the northern provincial levels.

At least 5 years of relevant experience with international organizations in a similar position either managing several implementing partners.
