Delivery Engineer: Charging Middleware Services Full-Time

Role purpose

Responsible for implementing, and maintaining API’s and services that underpin GSM products and service offerings.

Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership

• Middleware API configuration testing and optimization for commercial PI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, vendors and design, to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Delivery of middleware logic optimization scope identified in operations (continuous improvement).

• knowledge of consumer product and service development, including user research, product design, agile development methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
• Efficient middleware application configuration enabling rapid commercial products and services delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Must Have Technical/ Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1 year application maintenance or IT network (Windows\Linux\Cisco\Juniper\other) maintenance experience.
• Understanding of platform architecture and design principles.
