Craft Training Manager Full-Time

A global construction company is seeking an experienced Craft Training Manager with solid Administration background to join a major project in Mozambique.

Requirements:

• 10 years experience;
• Background in setting up and managing apprentice programs:
• Ironworker, Pipefitter, Welder and Crane Operator;
• Deep understanding of craft training needs at the field level and provision of solution oriented suggestions for training challenges;
• Strong Strategy, Planning and Budgeting skills;
• Mozambican Nationality.
