Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a Contracts and Procurement Professional to work in their facilities located in Mozambique.
The Job holder participates to the operations and processes of Contracts & Procurement entity by performing the following tasks:
- Processes/ Procedures/ Contract Committee.
- Organize, update and assist in implementing referential procedures and the Company Rules relating to procurement activities.
- Ensure consistency of C&P referential and its respect by users by communicate changes to C&P and Project´s entities.
- Support C&P entity providing the latest documents.
- Organize the contracts committees’ sessions.
- Ensure the compliance trainings for C&P team and technical entities.
- Continue the implementation and the development of the MPP.
- Monitor MPP weekly consolidation and reporting in liaison with C&P Managers.
- To carry out Monthly internal control to increase the efficiency of C&P entity.
- Create and update on a regularly basis the MPP procedures and guidelines for users to maintain a durable level of use.
- Consolidate (MPP, KPIs, CPIs, activity reports,…) and publish C&P reports on weekly/monthly/yearly bases.
Audit/SOX
- Coordinate the request of auditors with C&P and any relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor status of each request.
- Perform ad-hoc audit of the C&P process and activities.
- Propose corrective actions.
