The key purpose of the role is accountable for country-level ownership and active management of inventory and supply chain losses, including finished goods, empties, and materials stored externally under the logistics cost center. This position drives cross-functional action plans to mitigate Supply Chain Overheads (SCOH) and impairment risks, ensuring accurate reporting and root-cause analysis for directors and Zone leadership. Key responsibilities include budgeting and monitoring supply chain overheads, managing slow and obsolete stock, and implementing best practices to minimize demand variability impacts.
