Ipas Mozambique is seeking a Country Program Management Consultant to provide programmatic, financial and administrative leadership support for the country program under the direction of the Africa Regional Director, currently serving as Acting Country Director. This position is expected to be for a period of up to 4 months and is responsible for the implementation of project strategies and workplans to ensure that program goals and objectives are met at the country level. This includes providing oversight and guidance on all operational aspects as well as program implementation. This may include ensuring good stewardship of funds, adherence to Ipas and donor policies and standards, achievement of for annual work plans, proposal development, analysis of programmatic results, identification and resolution of challenges, donor reporting, financial monitoring, management of external relationships, and support of in-country personnel management, etc.
