The Counter Customer Service Agent will be in charge of completing all customer service related tasks at the counter, in support of the overall customer service processes.

Key responsibilities
Serve as a contact point for the customer service and other internal teams regarding special instructions or issues with cargo release.
Provide back up for colleagues as required.
Receive and resolve customers queries via all communication channels
Update import invoices in line with delivery requirements.
Ensure no payments outstanding prior release of export/import BL’s.
Process customer’s Delivery Orders in line with the current SOP.
Collect original BL’s and stamping thereof for release purposes.
Facilitate release of full seals for export cargo packing.
