As a Corporate Travel Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing travel arrangements for corporate clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Coordinating with clients to understand their specific travel requirements and preferences.
• Providing exceptional customer service by offering personalized travel solutions and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
• Ensuring compliance with travel policies and guidelines set by clients and the company.
• Utilizing travel management systems and tools to efficiently book and manage travel arrangements.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the corporate travel sector, with a strong understanding of industry practices and trends.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Portuguese is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in travel booking tools and systems.
• Familiarity with travel policies, regulations, and procedures.
