Control and Planning Accountant Full-Time

Overview

Our client in Maputo is looking for a Control and Planning Accountant to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG sector.  

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile and analyze diverse information on maps.
• Collect and organize documents for posting (Associate guides and invoices with the VGR).
• Convert VGR’s into VFAP’s and post in the respective accounts (21) of purchases (Journal), based on the documents of the previous point.
• Perform stock counting accompanied by the warehouse clerk.
• Digitize physical stocks on the Inventory map (auxiliary production map).
• Accounting and calculating production costs of production units.
• Calculate the cost of sale and control stocks of feed and equipment of the stores installed in the various provinces.

Requirements

• Technical Level with Commercial Institute or Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or Finance.
• 5 years’ experience in similar functions.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP Primavera from the perspective of frequent user (mandatory).
• Knowledge of oral and written English (Mandatory).
• High sense of duty and responsibility.
• High level of accuracy.
• High organizational and planning skills.
