Compliance Planning and Reporting Coordinator Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for a COMPLIANCE, PLANNING AND REPORTING COORDINATOR to join Eni Rovuma Basin. The job holder is responsible for ensuring compliance of procurement processes with company procedures and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Development, monitoring, revising and keeping up to date all ERB C&P, Procedures, Compliance policies, Operating Instructions, Contractual standards, forms and templates;
• Facilitating the internal approval process of C&P standards, processes and procedures;
• Liaising with internal Depts. to advise upon their own procedures from a Contracts & Procurement perspective;
• Implementation of necessary compliance changes due to new or amended regulatory requirements applicable to procurement areas;
• Support for the introduction of new regulations by providing advice and delivering targeted training to personnel involved in the procurement processes even not belonging to procurement department;
• Assist regulatory inquiries/exam staff with regard to relevant regulatory matters;
• Coordination, data collection and follow up of Internal and external audits on C&P activities;
• Increasing awareness of Compliance requirements within the Company;
• Keeping up to date contracts’ approvals records by partners, shareholders.

Skills

• Familiarity with oilfield contracts and procurement methods, terminology and equipment;

• Appropriate  degree of SAP knowledge of MM and QM module;

• High and proven problem solving skills.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (Engineering or Economy) or Higher (Degree / PhD): no Part Time / Distance learning education;
• Minimum five years of proven experience working with Data Warehouse, ERP and Business Intelligence Tools, Procurement Planning;
• Minimum five years of proven experience in multinational company, preferably in oil and gas environment;
• Knowledge and understanding of procurement / supply chain management principles and processes.
