Compensation Agreement Execution Field Officer Full-Time

Job Purpose

The Compensation Agreement Execution Field Officer will be responsible for executing compensation agreements previously signed with impacted households for loss of properties, agriculture land, fruit trees, fisheries, small businesses, etc. and properly register the disbursement of compensation in the database for the project.

Requirements

1. Degree Anthropology, Social Studies or similar areas;
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in resettlement implementation and/or experience working with communities in the context of resettlement programs;
3. Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
4. Knowledge of Kimwani and / or Kiswahili and / or Macua will be preferred;
5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
6. Mozambican Nationality;
