The Action Contre La Faim is hiring a Community Mobilisation Supervisor-Nutrition & Health.

Remuneration: 82,215.00 Mtn (Gross monthly Income) and 13th Month paid in December (prorata depending on the starting date)

The Community Mobilisation Supervisor accompanies his team in order to provide support to the health structures and to the promoters and volunteers groups in the implementation and promotion of the Essential Nutrition Actions, Infant and Young Child Feeding, Growth Monitoring and Promotion as well as the Management of Acute Malnutrition, among other things the screening and referral of malnourished children.
The supervisor will ensure the implementation and quality of community group activities at the health zone level. He/she will also ensure that the distribution of rations and other activities are well coordinated in order to apply the conditionality provided for in the PCIMA approach. He will also supervise his team in the training of community leaders and group facilitators.
Objective 1: To develop and implement a community mobilisation strategy to ensure optimal programme implementation with a particular focus on the community participation approach
Objective 2: Supervision of community activities
Objective 3: Coordinate the implementation of activities with other health and nutrition activities in the intervention area
Objective 4: Supervise hygiene and nutrition counselling activities with parents in the health area (EHA/NUT facilitators)
Objective 5: Reporting and monitoring of the programme
