Communications Consultancy ToR Full-Time

The CARE Mozambique is hiring a Communications Consultancy ToR.

General Objective

CARE Mozambique is seeking a communications Consultancy firm to provide support on as needed basis to the Country Office on enhancing its visibility and improving the quality of its promotional and representational materials.

Specific Objectives/Deliverables

• Regularly update the CARE Mozambique website with new content and make it more visually appealing and professional;
• Work with CARE’s project managers to produce high quality sectoral capacity statements and project summaries in either English or Portuguese;
• Assist in preparation of the CARE Mozambique CO annual report in Portuguese to be submitted to MINEC;
• Produce press releases as requested.

Qualifications of Consultant

The selected firm will have the following skills, qualifications, and competencies:

• 5-7 years’ experience working in communications and/or public relations in Mozambique;
• Experience in website design;
• Ability to work in both English and Portuguese;
• Ability to travel to CARE operational provinces (Nampula, Cabo Delgado and Inhambane) when required. Travel expenses will be covered separately.
