Communication and Operational Marketing Manager Full-Time

We’re looking for talented candidates for one of our clients, a multinational bank, for the position of Communication and Operational Marketing Manager to be based in Maputo:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing all of the bank’s operational marketing strategies, communication strategies and public relations activities, both external and internal in line with the bank objectives and customer needs;
• Manage all the processes of the communication of the brand and advertisement processes related with it in cooperation with the Retail and Business Division;
• Responsible for the management of the sponsorship based on the main directions of the sponsorship policies;
• Responsible for the proposal and management of the production related with the product launch or corporate image;
• Responsible for the internal and external communication and to maintain good relationship with the media environment;
• Work closely with the creative agencies;
• Compilation of the new product launches in different channels as TV, radio, Print, on line, social network, digital;
• Establishment of ROI measurement techniques for campaigns and communication investments;
• Manage and report the Marketing Budget Expenses, by assuring that the budget is fit to the projected one;
• Event management; deliverance of events allocated, management of event agencies, event budget, event-briefing, post-event reporting and estimation, follow-up of event attendee database;
• Implementing of strategic approach for the events and other marketing activities, taking into account parameters such as; corporate assets, calendar, client segmentation and pricing. Anticipation of events’ calendar;
• Represent the Marketing Manager in meetings and committees in the other’s absence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in  Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication or any other related field;
• At least 4 years experience in Marketing field;
• Able in maintaining intensive daily communication with partners, internal departments, etc;
• Cooperative on the group work, delegating tasks and monitoring;
• Leading and charismatic natures are encouraged;
• Systematic type of working behavior;
• Able on solving the day to day and complicated working situations;
• Time Management;
• Upper level of MS Office skills, other soft skills are appreciated;
• Design experience and proficiency with Adobe Design;
• Good knowledge of the Marketing and Agency Operators in the country;
• Good knowledge of the Media, local mentality and geographical orientation;
• Fluent English;
• Very good knowledge of bank products.
