The Commercial Manager will mainly be responsible to Identify and close leases with new customers for the company’s Warehouse Park in Maputo.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Should be a Mozambican national;
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent education;
- 7-10 years of experience in the commercial/industrial real estate or logistics industry in a similar function;
- Should have extensive sales experience in Mozambique and preferably already working in the Maputo market;
- Should have worked for a Multinational company as a Supply Chain Manager or alternatively in a role as an Industrial Real Estate agent or broker;
- Minimum 5 years of acquiring and interacting with large, multinational customers;
- Strong public speaker and presenter; can present to company CEOs and government ministers;
- Excellent command of both English and Portuguese – verbal, written and preparation of presentations.
