Our client based in Commercial Manager – Mozambique is urgently looking for an Commercial Manager.
Plan, organize and manage the comercial activities to achive and exceed agreed budgets. Develop and implement comercial strategies. Identify new comercial opportunities and manage new comercial projects;
Develop long and short-term commercial strategic plan for to ensure the achievement of its core objectives, maximizing its economic potential;
Manage and monitor all commercial activities to ensure that the plan and agreed commercial goals are met within the established deadlines;
Compile Commercial budgets and manage the Commercial implementation to ensure the objectives and revenues are exceeded;
Develop commercial strategies and mantain a customer base for developing and maintaining our current customers and ensure that has the capacity and expertise to meet its commitments to all its customers;
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts and monitor their implementation, review and propose contracts of services with third parties, ensuring the highest standard of efficiency of services provided;
Organize, coordinate, control and manage all commercial activities ensuring the regularity and efficiency of its operation by the contractual responsibilities established;
Analyze the commercial results of new contracts, making comparisons between planned targets and the results achieved, to correct distortions, assess performance and plan the commercial activities;
Monitor and manage the commercial performance of each of the functional units in conjunction with the departmental managers, aiming at the highest possible commercial results;
Commercial Management
Ability to identify new comercial opportunities, manage new projects and ensure current customers are provided with the correct prompt levels of proffessional support timeously in order to fulfill the organizations objectives and achieve the Commercial goals.
Management programs and projects
Ability to plan, evaluate and implemente comercial improvements in current practices, processes, procedures under their responsibility, taking into account the achievement of the anual agreed budgets
Commercial experience
Must speak / write fluent English and Portuguese;
International exposure in commercial position previously;
