Level 3 – the responsibilities of the post may require the post holder to have regular contact with or access to children or young people.
Under the supervision and with technical support from the Child Protection Manager, the post holder will supervise efficient and effective delivery of day-to-day child protection activities at field level including implementation and monitoring of Case Management (CM), Child Friendly Space (CFS), family tracing and reunification (FTR), and community-based child protection networks (CBCPNs).
He/she will strive to uphold child protection best practices and compliance to humanitarian standards and SCI Quality Framework at all times and to inform the community and local authorities of appropriate measures to ensure the best interests of the child.
