ADPP is a Mozambican non-governmental association. It was established in 1982 and has grown steadily during its 33 years of existence. It currently implements over 60 projects across all provinces of the country, employs 3,000 staff and benefits more than 2 million Mozambicans annually. DPP intends to recruit Chief of Party, for its Mozambique Local TB Response Project to be based in Sofala, Tete, Zambézia and Nampula provinces.
Chief of Party (100% LOE)
The COP is responsible and has authority and oversight for the entire program. The COP provides managerial and technical support throughout the implementation of the project, including management of sub-partners. The COP is responsible for providing input to USAID Mozambique for the development and submission when applicable and as required of the Other Health Operational Plans and PEPFAR Country Operational Plan (COP) technical and budget documents.
Annual Program Report (APR) and Semi-Annual Program Reports (S/APR), in collaboration with the M&E Specialist, and develops requests for supplemental funding. S/he will have the main responsibility for representation of the project to the United States Government (USG). The COP bears ultimate responsibility for ensuring that grantees and sub-grantees meet USAID, Health, and PEPFAR and program requirements.
