Chief Financial Officer Full-Time

Overview

Duties:

• Plan and develop financial strategies and drive them to meet established objectives;
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments;
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations;
• Manage personnel and review all procedures related to finances;
• Prepare a forecast, budgeting and supervise the preparation of financial data.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, Master is a preferable;
• Have 10 years of experience as a CFO or Finance Officer;
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and financial management software;
• Knowledge of financial law and risk management practices;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
