Cashier – Customer Service Full-Time
As Cashier for the Dual Branded Counter, you will be mainly in charge of reception and reconciliation of customer payments & refunds with the liner freight bank accounts in accordance with the company’s treasury, cargo release and collections processes.

Key responsibilities
- Allocation of incoming customer payments to their relevant invoices.
- Reconciliation and clearing of the liner freight bank accounts.
- Receive and resolve customers queries related to customer payments/refunds via all communication channels.
- Execute cashier processes as per company and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance to company credit policy and freight procedures.
- Support to the release counter.
- Petty cash management.
- Support to agency bank clearing activities.
- Processing of refund requests from customers.
We are looking for
- Good understanding of finance processes – preferably a finance/accounting graduate.
- Strong Portuguese communication skills i.e. verbal, written as well as proficiency in English.
- Ability to handle change.
- Proactive, energetic, passionate and fast to learn new things.
- Capable of building solid rapport with customers via phone.
- Team player able to work under pressure and stay organized with the ability to prioritize.
