Under the supervision of the IFRC Deputy Operations Manager and working together with the Mozambique Red Cross Society, the Cash and Voucher Assistance Delegate will provide support to design, implement and monitor the cash and voucher assistance (CVI) developed to cope with shelter, livelihoods and WASH issues.
