Coca – Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of (2) Buyers at one of our Mozambique Bottlers – Matola-Gare Plant, leading producer of various flavors in Mozambique for the last 25 years. The successful candidate will report directly to the Country Procurement Manager with no subordinates . The incumbent candidate will be responsible to the whole procure to pay process for plant and maintenance for Chimoio and Nampula plants, ensuring that all works are performed according to the policy and procedure. Assisting and ensuring that all materials and equipment sourced locally or imported are delivered to the corresponding plants.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all purchases for Repairs and Maintenance of the Plants specifically for Chimoio and Nampula ensuring all materials procured and delivered on time in corresponding plants;
• Manage contracts and place orders for all repairs and maintenance materials Administer/manage the purchasing of repairs and maintenance materials including transportation to the delivery points/plants;
• Administer accurate and valid Procurement agreements and coordinate OEM supplies; Accurately process and consolidated purchase documentation;
• Managed and administer SAP Master Data; Undertook supplier negotiations.

• Minimum of 3years working experience, preferably Procurement & Customs
