Butchery Manager Full-Time

Our client, operating in the retail sector, seeks to employ a Butchery Manager to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

The main purpose of this position is to supervise the operations of the butchery according to agreed sales and profitability targets

Key Requirements:

• Matric with Mathematics/Science /Accounting
• Grade 1 Meat Cutting Certificate
• MINIMUM 5 years expereience in all aspects of day to day running and managing of a meat market
• At least 2 years retail expereience in fresh foods departments
• Industrial Relations experience
• MUST be Computer Literate
