Business Strategy Associate Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Strategic Associate that is eager to learn and is open to new opportunities.
You would be responsible to prioritize issues, analysis, and team capacity, analyze operational and financial data.
This role is in Maputo, Mozambique and must be able to speak English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and test innovative strategies to improve overall business efficiency, function and quality;
• Summarize project insights for your team in order to make key strategic decisions, communicate implications and drive recommendations;
• Identify cost reduction strategies, ensuring implementation will not be at the expense of other company goals, particularly in customer experience;
• Work with the company’s leaders on special projects related to that department or country operation;
• Support with overall department or country strategy and communication, that is both internal and external.

 Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• 5-7 years in similar field of work;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Portuguese;
• Relevant tertiary education;
• Have an analytical mindset;
• Eager to learn and grow your career;
• Eager to make an impact at work.
