Banana Pack House Manager Full-Time

Mega Agricultural fruit growers based 30 km west of Maputo require a Pack House Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing a large banana pack house on one of the farms, and larger central banana pack house;
• Supervising team leaders in the pack house and coaching them in improving the throughput daily;
• Attending to the internal  supply chain from receiving product to despatching for export;
• Reporting production figures regularly to directors and reducing losses.

• At least 10 years experience as manager in relevant operations in the agri industry;
• Strong leadership personality and people skills;
• Relevant tertiary qualification in the agricultural field;
• SAPS Clearance Certificate required.
