To provide support to the kitchen by providing excellent bakery items and service in an efficient, professional manner. The Baker will design, execute, and improve recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, preparing fresh bread, pastries and other baked goods with suitable decorations to enhance item presentation, and ensure that the bakery items are well-stocked and operating smoothly.
Candidate should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.Must have a sound knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and adequate relavant kitchen administrative skills.
