As a highly valued member of ICAP in Mozambique, the Associate Director, Human Resources will report to and work collaboratively with the Country Director to provide dynamic and strategic leadership to a staff complement of 400+ individuals. The Associate Director, Human Resources will be a member of ICAP in Mozambique’s senior management team and will provide technical support and oversight to all central and provincial based HR practitioners to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate policies and procedures to improve country office HR systems in line with ICAP Standard Operating Procedures, local labor law requirements and prevailing employment practices.
