Training Specialist Full-Time

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Training Specialist for Cabo Delgado.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop induction and training to make sure employees are aligned with company needs;
• Identify areas in employees’ skills that require improvement;
• Formulate training instructional methods with specified training modules;
• Evaluate employees’ skills and performance quality;
• Plan periodically refresher courses for all departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related;
• 10+ years of professional experience in Human Resources Training;
• Exceptional communication, planning and management skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
