MIS Assistant Manager Full-Time

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a MIS Assistant Manager, for Pemba in Cabo Delgado.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the operating performance to identify gaps for improvement;
• Driving testing and implementation of improvement ideas;
• Assist with operations data management reporting;
• Conduct training of MIS team;
• Generate standard and customised MIS reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Mining Engineering, Management Information Systems or related;
• 5+ years of proven work experience in data analytics/data science, preferably in a mining or mining-related industry;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, Navision, production statistic is a plus other relevant;
• Ability to identify and communicate trends through data and data-driven visuals;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
