Reduction Superintendent Full-Time

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Reduction Superintendent for Maputo.

Duties

• Conduct analysis to ensure that raw material quality is at required level, operational SOPs are adhered to, and process control principles are adequately executed;
• Inform the key raw materials strategy and framework for the smelter;
• Carry out detailed trend analysis and statistical control on the processes with a view to fine tuning and improving outputs for enhanced cost, volume, productivity, quality and reduced risk;
• Identify and flag potential process risks that may result increased costs or risk or loss of volume, productivity, quality, processing ability;
• Responsible for Internal verification and interaction with corporate stewardship processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area or equivalent;
• 7+ years of proven experience working in operations or projects that involved management of contractors;
• Knowledge of SAP System is an advantage;
• Exception interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
