The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Supermarket Manager.
Responsibilities
Ensure the proper management of the supermarket, including supervising supermarket shop network, coordinating and managing teams and training on shop operating rules and safety and hygiene measures;
Carrying out regular market analysis of products and prices;
Procurement and purchases for the shops in strict coordination with the Director, stock management of the supermarket shop network and carrying out regular inventories of goods in the shop and warehouse;
Ensuring correct financial and accounting records of all shop movements, invoicing and preparation of management information charts;
Cataloguing and sending documents to Accounting, regular analysis of cash, delivery of cash received for deposits and regular analysis of balance sheets;
Ensure compliance with current legislation and other tasks assigned to the function.
Requirements
Degree in Management, or other relevant field will be an advantage;
Minimum experience of 5 years in a management or supervisory role in small supermarkets;
Knowledge of computer tools such as Excel, Office and Outlook. Knowledge of Primavera software is an advantage;
Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage;
Driving license and availability to live in the North.
