PRI is hiring a Help Desk – Service Desk Manager.
Functions
- Lead a high energy team responsible for the operation and maintenance of all employees technology;
- Be responsible for budgeting, asset supply, inventory tracking, and full asset lifecycle management for employee equipment;
- Improve Service Desk tools to better support the company.
Requirements
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience;
- 3+ years in management experience managing people, technology and process;
- Great communication skills;
- Able to comprehend new information in a dynamic environment;
Familiar with ITIL.
