Global is hiring a Communications Officer – Videographer, based in Afungi.
The Communications Officer Videographer will be responsible for developing and implementing plans and communication materials in audiovisual production to produce and promote communication tools for the Project communication activities to external stakeholders and for internal communication (“Project culture”).
Certification in Videography & Photography, Communication or equivalent;
At least 5 years of professional experience in the related area;
Familiarity with different communication in Videography & Photography technologies;
Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
Candidate will be responsible for planning, filming and editing videos that can be used for the Project such as short movies, Institutional advertisement, presentations, support to visual stories or other;
Must have technical expertise – Will work with different video editing software programs, such as Adobe premier, Final cut, Cinema 4D and Photoshop;
Must have interpersonal skills – Will work with people of all ages, helping them feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera while directing them to capture a specific action or event for the camera;
Must have communications skills, excellent written and oral English and Portuguese (possibly also Macua or Swahili).
