Airswift is seeking applicants for the role of Business Development Manager in Mozambique.
The Business Development Manager works closely with the BD Director and leadership team to determine, develop and execute the new sales strategy of the business, and requires both African sales experience and commercial ability.
Key accountabilities include the development and execution of new business wins in our chosen sectors within Process, Infrastructure and Energy, collaboration with the Service Manager on client onboarding and management, and involvement with the management of daily operations in Mozambique.

The Business Development Manager requires 5+ years of experience in a high growth commercial environment. Including a minimum of 2 years experience working and managing across African locations, the individual will ideally have extensive knowledge of operating in the region.
