ELIM is looking to hire a Social Media Assistant Intern to join our Business Development (BD) Team. The BD Team supports the Technical Team by taking the lead on all external engagements, from finding and bidding on new project opportunities to managing the ELIM Serviços brand. Our BD Team is responsible for building our project pipeline, identifying, resourcing and submitting competitive proposals in our areas of activity. It is also the central point of contact for any partnership discussions, and it oversees the firm’s corporate brand, managing our image, presence and positioning in the market.
Successful candidates are afforded the opportunity to be embedded with the organization’s operational areas for a period of up to 8 months based on the demonstrated skills and specialization of interest. During this time, candidates will be able to apply the theoretical knowledge earned through academic work to the practical environment a diverse international development firm. At the end of the internship term, the candidate will be evaluated for an opportunity to be considered for any existing and suitable permanent positions.
The Social Media Assistant Intern is a staff position reporting to the Marketing Officer.
The Social Media Assistant Intern should possess excellent communication, basic graphic designing skills, high concentration levels, good task management, eye-catching and critical thinking skills. Essentially. He or she will work on an area that evolves developing and implementing our Social Media strategy, social media management, and will cooperate with our team. The Social Media Assistant must demonstrate strong skills and must have a creative mind in order to deliver solutions in accordance to the expectations.
