About the role / Purpose of the job
The Purpose of the role is to:
- Assist in coordinating pipeline Integrity and gas central processing facility equipment reliability;
- Provide technical and engineering support in the area of pipeline integrity as well as gas processing facility equipment reliability;
- Be involved in creating and/or enhancing existing processes and developing and driving a consistent approach to pipeline integrity as well as the gas central processing facilities.
Functional outputs
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, manage through systems/processes, and develop integrated and creative solutions to pipeline issues impacting integrity, reliability and/or compliance;
- Ability to effectively manage priorities while working with various types of people.
Job requirement
- Working knowledge of state legal requirements and pipeline regulations including Integrity management regulations and applicable international standards;
- Competency in the following reliability processes: Equipment Maintenance Strategy (EMS), Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Non Conformance Management (NCM);
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Engineering / B.Sc. Eng.: Mechanical/ Electrical/Metallurgy.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry or equivalent
