Carry out maintenance, diagnosis (fault diagnosis of inverters / soft starters ABB and WEG), and repair of electrical, automation, and instrumentation of equipment applied by industrial motor control, pump drives, and the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system;
Perform maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of control centers, de-energized higher voltage equipment;
Perform maintenance of SCADA systems, electrical pneumatic and electronic controls, programmable controls, and other similar equipment;
Develops wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansion, and directs personnel performing routine installation and maintenance duties;
Commit to compliance with all safety standard and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Possess High School Diploma or its equivalent qualification, GED and 3 years’ experience working as an electrical technician in maintenance, repair, and industrial electrical installation works, or equivalent combination of experience, training, and education;
Solid knowledge of electrical practices and theory, city procedures and policies;
Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints and apply power and hand tools;
Ability to create and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees, supervisors, suppliers, vendors, contractors, community groups, general public, and external public agencies; also, knowledge of and ability to implement safe work practices;
