FHI 360 is seeking qualified applications for the position of DCOP Program Support for the PASSOS project, to based in Maputo, Mozambique. The PASSOS project is a new initiative funded by PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for HIV / AIDS reduction), through USAID (United States Agency for International Development), targeting key populations, namely: sex workers, men who have sex with men (MSM), injecting drug users, and prisoners as well as priority groups including TS clients, regular TS and MSM partners (male or female), children of TS, girls aged 10-24 who are at risk of engaging in commercial or transactional sex Under the FHI 360 Leadership, in partnership with local implementing partners. This initiative will develop a range of activities to reduce levels of HIV and AIDS transmission among key populations, as well as increase their access and retention to health care. Under the leadership of the team leader (Project COP), the DCOP Program Support will provide support to the technical and administrative staff at central and provincial level in implementing the annual work plan of the project. He/ She will assist Provincial Technical Officials in the use of information and communication technologies in coordinating and accelerating the implementation of planned activities by establishing a constant articulation between the national level, provinces and locality including implementing partners. It will also assist the project in the relationship with Government institutions and Implementation Agencies, ensuring permanent coordination with a flow of information and communication in a dynamic and timely manner. And will provide support to the Program area in streamlining the planning, implementation and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with the quality and deadlines that the process requires. Feed the technical, administrative and financial team with inputs that strengthen project coordination at all levels.
