VSO Mozambique is looking for an independent consultant to lead procurement process to identify adequate space and set up office infrastructure for VSO Mozambique head office in Maputo and VSO Mozambique branch office in Chimoio. Setting up of infrastructure includes: repainting, instalment of phone lines and internet, purchase and set up of all office furniture (furniture, technology and decorations) and proper security placement while ensuring incorporation of VSO standards and branding styles via collaboration and approvals of the VSO Mozambique CO procurement team in a limited period of time (60 days). All deliverables must be carried out in an ethical, transparent, fair, value for money and efficient manner in line with VSO International, donor and government policies. Please note that payment of this contract will be directly linked to deliverables and not working hours.
