Innovate IT is seeking an Administrative Assistant that has great communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
Filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings and reordering supplies;
Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts;
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations;
Screening Phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party;
Using Computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research;
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email.
Must be eligible to work in Mozambique;
1 – 2 Years Administrative Experience with suitable references;
Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Must pay attention to detail and the ability to logically think through a problem;
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently or part of a team;
Excellent communication skills (Portuguese and English – Oral and written required);
Dynamic personality with strong customer service skills;
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
