Responsibilities
Ensure Anadarko Field-Level Awareness and Understanding of Contractor Social Performance Requirements, as defined in contracts, by working with C&P to review Contracts and compile a database of Contractor Social Management Requirements;
Work with Contractors to ensure Awareness, Understanding and Capacity to address Social Performance Requirements;
Design and delivery of Social Performance Training Modules for Contractors;
Design and Implement a Contractor Social Performance Verification, Monitoring and Assurance System to ensure Contractors are meeting obligations. The System will identify Key Drivers of Social Risk – Location, Geography, Community Interface, Workforce, Etc. – to prioritize activities;
Working with Contractors to implement Corrective Actions as and when Gaps in Performance are Identified;
Reporting on Contractors Social Performance
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
Relevant University degree preferably in Social Sciences or other relevant areas;
2. Knowledge of international and national social management standards, including IFC Performance Standards;
Prior work experience in extractive industries;
Five to ten years of relevant working experience, preferably combining experience with Contracting and Procurement; interface with Contractors on E&S performance; design and delivery of E&S training modules; and, monitoring of E&S performance.
Computer skills: proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Great capacity to produce reports both in English and Portuguese.

Work Schedule: 28 continuous days on duty (12 working hours p/day) / 28 continuous days off duty (Rest & Recovery)
