Job Description

Innovate IT is seeking an On-Site Helpdesk Technician who has experience in Windows desktop and server solutions. We perform all the desktop support, server maintenance and network configuration for our customers so that they can concentrate on their core businesses.

In this position, you will…

• Work with advanced network and service management systems and tools;
• Work with an outstanding group of IT professionals on the latest equipment and tools;
• Be responsible to document all service requests and time entries in our business systems for managed services.

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in Mozambique;
• 2 – 3 Years IT Helpdesk support experience;
• Administrative experience with Windows 10 and Windows Applications;
• Administrative experience with Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 Server and Active Directory;
• Administrative experience with Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 experience;
• Administrative experience with Network technologies and equipment;
• Administrative experience with Antivirus Applications;
• Ability to logically think through a problem;
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently or as a team;
• Excellent communication skills (Portuguese and English – Oral and written);
• Dynamic personality with strong customer service skills;
• Enjoy working with clients and meeting new people.
