ADPP is a Mozambican non-governmental association. It was established in 1982 and has grown steadily during its 33 years of existence. It currently implements over 60 projects across all provinces of the country, employs 3,000 staff and benefits more than 2 million Mozambicans annually. ADPP intends to recruit a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for its Mozambique Local TB Response Project to be based in Sofala, Tete, Zambézia and Nampula provinces.
Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor (100% LOE)
The Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor (M&E Advisor) is responsible for all monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities under this award. S/he will lead the development of and manages the Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Plan (MEL Plan). The M&E Advisor should develop and maintain systems to collect and analyse information on inputs, outputs, outcomes and impact of the program. She/he conducts supportive supervisory visits to districts and district supervisors to observe, monitor, guide, and provide feedback on the use of data and indicators; analyse monthly data, and support training of M&E personnel in quality assurance methods.
