The purpose of the consultancy is to conduct a Coverage and Equity Assessment of immunization the services in Mozambique of high technical quality. The specific objectives include:
Under direct supervision of the UNICEF EPI Specialist, with support of others CHN and CAP Specialist within UNICEF and in close collaboration with the EPI manager in the Ministry of Health, the UNICEF health and communication team members and key immunization stakeholders in the country, the consultant will provide technical guidance and ensure that the following activities are conducted with high technical quality:
The activities listed below are to be carried out in collaboration with the national EPI manager, and the WHO/UNICEF Country Offices and other stakeholders including civil society organizations, professional association, National Institute of Statistics in Mozambique.
Payments will be processed upon acceptance of the corresponding deliverable and against an invoice that will reference the contract and deliverable numbers. Payments will be approved by the respective section chief.
