Competency & Human capital. Lda is looking for potential candidates for the position of Sales Supervisor, for its client that operates in Agribusiness.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for VSR efficiency/productivity and their overall volumes
Deliver desired volumes and ensure management of sales and throughput related issues
Ensure 100% coverage and addn/deletion of POS wherever requested
Responsible for coordination of all Van sales related activities
Coordinate marketing execution aligned with the regions for specific launches
Act as the key liaison between HO and regional ASMs and local teams for deployment and support
Maintain customer relationships for future purchases/continual relationships to deliver volumes
Requirements
Strong knowledge of consumer industry
Strong leadership & execution led capabilities and be able to handle both market and VSRs
Analyze small amounts of data and draw references from other competition or categories in market space (Strong excel & follow-up skills)
Ability to handle vendors and internal stakeholders like ASMs and provide support to execute in the least amount of time
5-7 years sales exp. in relevant FMCG sales
