Accounts Payable Clerk/ Office Administrator Full-Time

Key role responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and bank payments with strong attention to detail;
• Recording General Ledger allocations;
• Compiling invoices and statements for medical suppliers;
• Performing statement recons to keep up to date on financial activities;
• Managing and resolving both internal and external queries relating to payments;
• Effective liaising with medical aids and doctors to ensure payment information is accurate;
• Assisting the finance team where required and providing full secretarial support;
• Matching invoices to orders and goods received; able to identify any issues in the process.

Education and Experience:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accountancy;
• 1-2 years relevant work experience.
