VillageReach invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of M&E Director. The position is based in Maputo, Mozambique and reports to Country Director, Mozambique. The Program M&E Director will oversee all aspects of VillageReach Mozambique’s M&E portfolio across all programs and projects. The successful candidate will be an individual with demonstrated experience in applying innovative technologies to solve public health problems, paired with strong Monitoring & Evaluation skills.

The incumbent will manage the M&E portfolio which includes about 40% travel to provinces.

VillageReach has no private offices, employees work in a shared, open environment with task and conference rooms accessible to employees for privacy and meetings. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
