The Lead Retail role will be responsible for the implementation of the Retail Strategy (Fuel and Convenience) and driving safe and efficient operations, above average business performance through leading a team of Territory Managers, Operations & Network Manager, Marketing & Convenience Manager and support staff and liaising with many other critical stakeholders such as Assets Management, HSSE officer, SME’s (Marketing, Convenience and Network), Finance, etc.
A Post graduate qualification in business, Administration, Marketing and or Sales.
